A social-media content factory
A pipeline that discovers content, brands every image on-brand in every format, and stages platform-ready posts across four channels.
The challenge
A catalog brand needs a constant stream of on-brand social content across several platforms — sourcing images, branding each one, writing captions, and posting is endless, repetitive manual work.
What we built
- A self-hosted n8n workflow discovers content automatically — pulling products, blog posts, and FAQs from WordPress/WooCommerce, plus Pexels / Unsplash stock imagery.
- A Python service (OpenCV/Pillow) auto-brands every image with the logo, brand colours, and headline across 7 themed styles (product, eco, B2B, lifestyle, FAQ, collection, compliance) — output in 3 formats: square, portrait, and landscape.
- Branded images are stored per item in Google Drive and staged in a Google Sheet (Draft → ToDo → Done) for review.
- Local AI (Ollama) writes captions and hashtags, and each post is routed to the right channels — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest — with post-type rotation (image / carousel / reel / link).

Sourcing, on-brand image production, captioning, and multi-platform scheduling become one pipeline instead of a daily manual grind. An evolving system — content discovery and image branding run today; AI captions and auto-posting are the final stages we're finishing.
